acer, i have purchasing monitor on 20/02/24. there as some technical issue in monitor till date not solved. I am not happy with your services. Till date this product "Awaiting Spares" status, no any Response on my mail and your Service center Team and same Responding calls & messages. your Technician team members and no any individual aser person visited on side to verify monitor, that Reason i am not happy with you Service. no any one resolved this problem, i hop you slaved my problem

    We are all just other Acer users, not Acer support. As such, we have no insights into support cases and can't help you with issues like this. You need to contact Acer support directly. It sounds like they are doing just what they say they are, waiting for parts to arrive. :(
