My Acer Aspire 5 (A515-56-53RZ) gets hot even with light tasks and DPC Latency occurs

I not sure whether the DPC latency is caused by the rising temperature of my laptop or vice-versa, but there seems to be a correlation between them. I first experienced this when attending an online class through google meet. The audio started crackling and stuttering which didn't stop until I closed the browser. I ignored this, but it also occured when I was playing Warcraft III, which is an old game that my laptop handles really well before.

After some googling, I found that I might be having DPC Latency. I checked it through LatencyMon and it turned out that I was correct. After trying several fixes, I took it to where I got it and they replaced the thermal paste along with a fan clean up. Still, when playing audio, specially from youtube, the laptop gets hot and it starts to crackle. I want to send it to the service center, but I cannot do it now since I need the device for my Computer Science assignments. I'm planning on sending during the semestral break.

Have anyone here experienced this scenario or knows how to fix this? I desperately need some help. I've tried everything from updating the drivers, disabling them, using the CMD, and configuring the power settings but nothing seems to work.

Use FireFox instead of Chrome or Edge.

I am already using firefox. I've noticed that when playing youtube, the CPU usage spikes. It goes from anywhere around 15%-80%, which I don't think is normal. Do you think this is possibly caused by a malware? I've recently downloaded bittorrent and utorrent.

Youtube videos vary too much to mean anything. If you have any 3rd party scanners running in the background, disable or better yet uninstall them. Microsoft's Defender and MRT malicious software tool are all that most folks need.
