Loading screen stuck on my laptop acer nitro 5

Whenever I am trying to start my laptop acer nitro 5 the loading cursor gets stuck or it doesn't even prepare for automatic repair… everytime it gets stuck to loading screen

    Do a Hard Reset and see if that will reset the laptop. Turn the laptop off completely and take the back cover off, take the main battery out, disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and take the ram out, leave the laptop like that for 1 hour and then reconnect everything as this should reset your laptop and make it boot properly without getting stuck on the opening Acer Screen.

    If this still persists then try the below options

    Press Shift + Restart:

    While your PC is running, press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard.

    Click the Power button in the Start menu.

    Choose Restart.

    Your PC will boot into the Advanced Startup Options menu.

    Then use the Startup Repair option and see if it fixes the boot issue

    If all the above dosent work, then its a corrupted OS boot drive issue that you will need to do a clean install of the OS to fix, if that doesn't work then the M.2 SSD drive is faulty and needs replacing. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
