I have an ACER mouse and keyboard combo (keyboard is KBRFCR and mouse is MORFLDO). They came together as a pair with a single shared dongle and worked perfectly until today. I was installing some software and it was messing with drivers and bam. The mouse and keyboard disconnected and reconnected. When it reconnected, the mouse doesnt work. I checked the batteries and all that but it just doesnt want to read the mouse anymore. The keyboard continues to work fine. Is there any way to repair the mouse?

I tried attaching it to a different computer and the problem persists so its not an issue with drivers. And i changed the battery so that isnt it either. The red light on the mouse turns on fine it doesnt just make the mouse on screen move anymore.

I sincerely doubt it is physical damage, just somehow the dongle unpaired the mouse. But i cant find instructions or a program anywhere that does that. Help!

May be try connecting the mouse dongle to another USB port and try.

    All the best
