I bought an All in one Acer computer a week ago. Today, while playing video games, it suddenly shut down and emitted beeping sounds when I attempted to turn it back on. How can I resolve this issue, especially since it's a new purchase?

    Try these basic steps as you are using a Acer PC.

    Turn off the computer.
    Unplug all the devices and cables including power cable.
    Press and hold the power button for 45 seconds.
    Connect all the cables back.    Please connect the power cable as the last one.

    Turn on the computer
    Tap del
    Go to bios
    press f9 - Load defaults - press yes
    press f10 - save the changes - press yes

    Computer should load the windows ..

    If you are still getting beep sound while turning on , then you might have to open the computer, reseat the components like memory, hdd.

    I recommend bringing the PC to Acer Services in your country, it may have a faulty RAM or bad contact.

    Thank you both of you for helping me out. The AIO was 899. Sad that it came out bad.

    @DanielSanches

    Did you followed steps. Is it working…

    If it is not working please follow the same steps one more time.

    If your device is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.

    I contacted support, and I did what they said, but it didn’t work. So, they told me to send it to their techs, and they will fix it.
