cpu temperature fluctuation from 56 in a second it goes 91, use facebook and youtube

hello if anyone can answer me this please help me out its been 6month im noticing unusual behavior of cup temperature it never get constant in 1 sec it goes down to 56 in a second it goes 91 even not using anything usually i just use facebook and youtube while im start my laptop its tem is 90 and after a sec it became 60 again in 1 sec it again goes up . even while im tying this it had change its tem 5times already . I also notice fan sound when i bought it and get my 3rd servicing fan dont make anynoice but now then sound too load ..i get new thermal paste and had service just 1week ago (acer predator helios 300 gtx 1660ti i7 9th gen)

Those are normal temps, this laptop is designed to operate at high temps (up to 100C) and these fluctuations in temperatures that you are getting is very normal, remember that your laptop is a gaming laptop and a gaming laptop has some high spec components that get hot and need cooling by two fans and thermal module and its totally different to gaming desktop as its restricted into a square 3/4 of an inch thick case and the thermal fans act according to what the sensors temps are and it takes time for the laptop to cool, as this works as a cycle.
