Acer Nitro 5 [N20C1] Not Charging

Please don't mark this question as a duplicate. I've tried other solutions to no avail.
Problem: My laptop doesn't charge. I can use the device while plugged in, but that's it. If the charger is disconnected, the device immediately powers off.

If I must get this device repaired, I will only consider my local Best Buy Geek Squad as I fear fraudulent repair shops. If they're unable to fix it, then I will not consider any repairs.
I have opened up the laptop and removed the battery. It's in right now, but it's not charging.
powercfg /batteryreport (command prompt) * original file is in HTML, but I had to convert to PDF to upload. It's as if the laptop was on during shipping. But I don't understand how it went from ~50% to 0%… it doesn't even seem to be on this report.

I've installed additional RAM, and I'm using an installation of Windows from another computer. (I removed the RAM during this issue.)
The charger LED keeps blinking to let me know that the battery is low. Sometimes it can just randomly shut down on me - perhaps the charger got loose or something. Or maybe the charger isn't strong enough. I don't know anymore.

Attempted Solutions:

Device-manager-uninstall-battery-drivers-reinstall-battery: I've used Device Manager to uninstall the battery drivers, shut down and unplugged the computer, disconnected and reinstalled the battery. Computer remains at 0% charge with no changes.
Battery-reset: There is no battery pinhole, but on top of physically removing the battery from earlier I have also held my power button for over 60 seconds continually. Unfortunately, after turning on the computer nothing has changed.

Possible Solutions

New Charger. Perhaps selecting a stronger charger would work. However this goes directly against manufacturer instructions. Surely the laptop doesn't need more power than what's written on the back?

Please give me any feedback that could possibly help my situation.

The battery report indicates that the battery charging stops at 80%, Do you have Acer Care center installed and the 80% battery limiting option enabled? Are you using any other battery monitoring software?

If your Nitro 5, is it the AN515-55, as you should always put that model number, as we don't refer to the laptops models by N20C1 numbers. But if your Nitro 5 doesn't work without the adapter charger, then the battery is locked and its fuse must be shorted, this is a common fault and can only be fixed by a technician that has a battery analyzer, so that he can bring the battery cells to be equally balanced as one must be out of balance and has a lower charge that is why the battery has locked. Your battery looks in good shape as its DESIGN CAPACITY is 37,330mWh and its FULL CHARGE CAPACITY is 36,540mWh which is pretty low, and the battery hasn't been cycled many times also, Your AN515-55 laptop is not really that old and a battery should not be faulty after 2.5 years so there must be an internal issues why your battery has shorted, so take your laptop to an experienced technician that has experience in battery and power related issues.
