I've recently had issues with my PH315-53 not having any sort of audio after a reinstall of my drivers.
I've had this problem with the past and my solution was normally to just uninstall the realtek drivers and use the Microsoft High Definition Audio Device instead, however that just screws up my headset's microphone making it use the overly sensitive laptop mic which sounds horrendous. This occured approximately yesterday after reinstalling my realtek drivers in order to get my headset mic to work properly, however I reinstalled them yet again cause my headphones had their audio inverted (Right was coming from Left and vice versa). My microphone then went completely silent, so I unplugged my headset to try to maybe reset it. And that's when my audio went completely blank.
The headset is in fact detected by Realtek, however it just doesn't have any sort of audio coming through. I've reinstalled the drivers a total of 8 times (yes I kept count), restored my BIOS settings to the defaults, restored all my driver settings to defaults, reinstalled every single realtek related application I had on my laptop, updated drivers, went back to an older driver version. Still nothing. I've actually tried virtually every solution and I'm extremely exhausted cause of how much time I've spent trying to get this to work.
