On Jan 27 I have bought Acer One 14 Intel Core i5 from ACER website. I got the laptop in 3 days and since then it's not working. I had sent almost 15 + emails to support team and they are just buying time.
After every 2 days my laptop crashes. I have not even started my work and I have got this pathetic experience.
Today THE ZERO BUTTON ON KEYBORD STOPPPED WORKING.
My laptop is under warranty, however no one, I meant NO ONE from the support team is giving me convincing answer about HOW they will fix the issue OR HOW and WHEN they will give me replacement.
It was first time in my 25+ years of IT SERVICE I thought to switch from HP to ACER, and here I am in DEAD POOL.
Can I GET THE SOLUTION? ??????
