BAD experience of buying laptop online from ACER Website

On Jan 27 I have bought Acer One 14 Intel Core i5 from ACER website. I got the laptop in 3 days and since then it's not working. I had sent almost 15 + emails to support team and they are just buying time.

After every 2 days my laptop crashes. I have not even started my work and I have got this pathetic experience.

Today THE ZERO BUTTON ON KEYBORD STOPPPED WORKING.

My laptop is under warranty, however no one, I meant NO ONE from the support team is giving me convincing answer about HOW they will fix the issue OR HOW and WHEN they will give me replacement.

It was first time in my 25+ years of IT SERVICE I thought to switch from HP to ACER, and here I am in DEAD POOL.

Can I GET THE SOLUTION? ??????

    Funny User experience. … After registering my product using Acer's "Register a product" option, and after saving my product serial number and all… when I clicked on MY Products option, I get below screen…… It says below are the details… Well, how much further below ????

    That sounds incredibly frustrating. I'm sorry no one is giving you an actual solution. When your laptop crashes does it shut down or does it freeze or blue-screen or does the app close? Can you please specify what you mean by "crash"?

    Regarding your issue, i would suggest contacting Acer customer service in your location and report the issue. Sometimes, e-mails may delay the process.
