Acer XV270 monitor Help with odd coloured pixels

My Acer XV270 monitor show 1 row of odd-coloured pixels in the lower border.

They look like leftover from my desktop icons, so they change sometimes.

Any ideas?

Looks like the game is running in an almost full sized borderless window over Windows rather than in it's own screen.
