Hi, do my laptop screen doesn't want to turn on. I tried switching it on using the power button but only the blue light flashes for a while then completely turns off and when I plug in my charger the indicator light turns on but screen just won't. How can I fix this?

Can you mention the laptop model number here?

For the power issue, try to disconnect the charger first, then hold the power button for 10 seconds to do a power reset to see if it solves the issue.

Can I also have more information about the Aspire 3 model number? Like A315-XX

How old is the laptop? Does it still have the warranty?

    Model number is N19C1.

I think about 3 years now and no it doesn't have the warranty

When you plug the charger in, the charging indicator lights up, does the power indicator just light up for 3-5 seconds and then go out?

If you are able to disassemble the laptop, try unplugging the battery, the CMOS battery, and take out the removable RAM (if it has one). Do the power reset one more time like the previous one. Plug everything back in except the RAM, the laptop will use the on-board RAM, and turn it on again.

Yes it lights up then goes off after 3-5 seconds.

That scares me. I don't want to mess it up even further
