My Laptop Nitro AN515-57, I2C HID Device Error (Code:10)

I already tried to reinstall OS many time's because driver error long time ago like I update wrong driver or something so I reinstall it again to fix, I didn't know about backup system that time, so I do what I understand.

But there's one problem I can't solved here like the touchpad not working and I check on Device Manager, at Human Interface Devices and it's always shown I2C HID Device Error (Code:10).

I search it up on YT for some tutorial or something, but I don't find thing's that helped, like I tried to install the ELANTECH, Sypnatics driver with Serial IO Driver. But it's driver after I tried to install it's doesn't shown or idk is it really installed? so I back it up before I install those, I don't want to mess with it more.

Anyway the setting's for touchpad is gone,

So if there anyone do understand this can you helped me fix this?

So, I been searched it up from another people having same issues and same question about this, and I found someone said that try to open bios then on Main and press "Ctrl + S", then I2C setting shown then changed to p2s then f10 to save and start the laptop, it does fix the touchpad issues but can't scroll or zooming.

So then I tried to change it back to I2C think it's will reset my driver by doing that, and it did. I hope this will fix it permanently so I don't need to do this every time I need to use touchpad it's so annoying to do so..

But if anyone does really know the best how to fix this, it will help a lot :)
