Good morning, I have a Acer Aspire Nitro V17 - Black Edition; I did a clean installation of Windows 10 Home and after installing some missing drivers I can't find for the life of mine the right drivers that are about bluetooth earphones connectivity and screen mirroring. In the pic I show what devices are not recognized. I already checked the Acer driver site but it is confusing and also the page does not exist for this exact model, as the SNID and the Serial Number are not registered anymore. I had to download drivers for the Aspire VN7-791G despite the fact that specifically this model is VN7-791G-589Y. Please help me figure this one out

First of all you need to determine whether your computer is compatible for Windows 10 or Windows 11

    Go to website - support.acer.com
    chose your country
type the snid or chose the model no
    go to drivers
Install the motherboard chipset, sound , vga, wireless, i/o ,bluetooth and card reader drivers

Kindly check the website for details

    https://www.acer.com/in-en/support/product-support/Aspire_VN7-791G/downloads?suggest=VN7-791G;1

I can see the drivers only for Windows 10 and not for Windows 11. Your computer is compatible only for Windows 10

Please install the chipset, i/o drivers and then install the other drivers. Go to device manager and try to update the drivers.

Please try to run the Windows update.

If it is still not working go to Acer store and try to get the Acer recovery media which came with this computer. It will have all the inbuilt drivers and apps which is designed for this computer.

The main issue is that there are many Bluetooth drivers and I'm not sure which one do I need, also because some of them are literally installed along the wireless drivers
