Acer Predator Sense Cant see my data and computer in my Predator PHN16-71
I have tried re-installing.
I cant control anything evet keyboard lights went back to factory settings
My model is Predator PHN16-71

I have also tried downloading PHN16-72 predator sense, didnt work properly

OK restarted computer and 16 72 worked

Predator Sense has different versions for each model, so getting one for a different model to work at all is hit and miss…

Never could get Sense to work again, had to download the app for a different laptop model and sense started working beautifully again, just gave up on having lighted keyboard and Acer won't help me troubleshoot. They just want me to send in my laptop so they can reformat it. Can't do that, all set up for my work for the summer season.

That worked for me, except keyboard lighting.
