sleep mode not working in Acer Nitro ANV15-51-763N

Hello everyone!
My new Nitro V15 Laptop goes to sleep mode when i close the lid or press the power button but doesn't wake from it, when i press the power button after it goes to sleep mode the fans spin and the keyboard lights up but the screen doesn't work.
I tried turning Fast Boot off from Windows and from the Bios and I also tried to change other power settings but nothing useful.

Make sure that you have the latest BIOS installed and reset BIOS with F9, save settings and boot to Windows. Update Windows11 to the latest version (23H2, 22631.3155), reset the Power Plan to factory defaults and in "Change what closing the lid does" change to "Do Nothing", disable Hibernate and Fast Startup.
