I bought this not even an year ago and this laptop started to show it's poor quality of paint in the backpanel. It's having pimple kinda paint bubble all over the bottom panel.

It's a cosmetic issue only but may be replaced if it's still under warranty, You have to try to arrange for the replacement service yourself using the machine's serial number id (SNID) on the Acer support page for your region. We are not Acer employees or customer service reps on these user forums so we have no way of arranging this service on your behalf.

I have the same issue with my Acer Swift. After the bubbles, the back paint started crumbling and peeled off and it has this chalk-like texture on the back of it as well.

That is about as bad as I've ever seen. I'd be tempted to just scrape off what comes loose easily and keep on using it as an ugly laptop. :)

    Dear Acer Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue with my Acer SF514-55TA-72VG laptop (Sr no . NXA6SSI001XXXX ). The backpanel of the device is experiencing paint/bubble/peeling off problems, which is affecting its appearance and overall condition.

Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? I would appreciate guidance on whether this can be repaired under warranty or if any other solutions are available.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Here I have attached the photos

    Best regards,

If it was mine, I'd leave it alone & avoid out-of-warranty service inconveniences since it does not affect function in any way.

You have to actually contact Acer support. We are all just other Acer users here, not Acer itself.
