UEFI and Secure Boot. Two independent sources claim that secure boot is disabled. Whom to trust?

My UEFI settings say that secure boot is enabled.

Two independent sources (AVAST One and Belarc Advisor) claim that secure boot is disabled.

Whom shall I trust?

    Your BIOS has the last word. Utilities like that are often wrong.
