Hello Community

I have a desastrous pixel problem with my Acer
Swift 5 (SF515-51T-7828), 15.6 inch. Sadly Acer has no spare parts for
that type of screen left. I have also found no other Acer screen online
that has the same dimensions and is a touch screen.

my question:
Has anyone tried an alternative replacement screen that fit this model?
And is it okay to mount a no- touch to a touch screen Laptop?

Hoping for answers as I don't want to give up on my Laptop yet!

Here is Acer's info on the panel:

You might be able to find a version without touch that would work at worst case, though I would expect the secondary markets to have plenty of the original panels available as they part out machines, since the model is right about five years old now.

Thanks for your answer. Sadly the european market has nothing to offer.
