My pc (orion 3000) stuck on preparing automatic repair)

My computer froze when i tried opening an application so I powered it off by holding the power button. When trying to boot it up again, it says "The operating system did not shutdown cleanly. Reconstructing Cache Metadata. Please do not interrupt this process."

It was stuck on this screen for a whole day so I just turned it off and any time I try to turn on my pc it is the same problem.

In the BIOS, go to the Main tab and press CTRL+S. This will reveal either the SATA mode or the VMD controller. Change the SATA mode from RST to AHCI or disable the VMD controller.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Yeah, that will break things if the drive is configured for the normal IRST mode. Better to start with a BIOS reset to factory and try that. (F9 to reset, F10 to save and exit). It can take a long time to go through a metadata reset, but it shouldn't be all day unless you have a really big HDD… It would help to have some idea what computer you have, the Predator Orion 3000 line has been around for a lot of years, and they change year to year and sometimes more often than that. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like PO3-xxx-xxxx.
