So I just noticed that the cpu temperature jumps to 95 degrees Celsius sometimes (especially while charging) when I use cpu intensive softwares. My question is at what temperature should I be worried for my laptop? Is this even normal?

That is normal when really taxing the CPU. Maximum fan speed kicks in at 95C and doesn't drop back until you get back to 63C. Thermal throttling usually kicks in at about the same temperature, which slows the CPU to try and keep it cooler. You don't get a full overtemp shutdown until it exceeds 100C. What do you see for steady state temperatures, rather than peak?
