Hello, I want to increase the amount of RAM, currently I have 8GB (when I removed the case on RAM it was 8GB). There are no built-in 4GB and 4GB RAM chips as I have read on other forums. But in CPU-z and task manager it shows that I have 2 RAM slots. Is it some kind of bug, or maybe I have 4GB of RAM built in. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Your laptop model came with two different configurations of Memory, one with 4GB onboard memory and the other with 0GB onboard memory, your particular laptop came with 0GB onboard memory and 8GB removable memory, you can upgrade the 8GB module with a 16GB RAM with same specs as the original RAM, CPU-z always read dual channel memory as two slots, so you can ignore what it says.
