Aspire R7-371T Windows 10 activation failure with ACER OEM in-bios license, any advise?

I have got a refurbished Acer Aspire R7-371T convertible laptop with wiped disk. When installing Windows 10 from Installation USB disk downloaded from Microsoft, surprisingly the Windows activation failed, though I can see the OEM license key by using command

wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Activation fails even if I try to enter the OEM license key manually.

As the laptop is out of warranty, I can't contact Acer Helpline by phone. Nor I can contact Microsoft these days.

Honestly, this, I mean OEM Window license failure, happens with me for the first time in 30 years of my IT experience. Does anybody has any suggestions? Any advice will be much appreciated.

It is probably still associated with the last users Microsoft account you need to buy a new Key.

I thought that the Microsoft Windows OEM license is bound to hardware forever. However, it seems that users can move the license binding from hardware to their Microsoft account. It looks like this.

If the OEM key is Windows8.1 it will no longer be accepted by MS to upgrade/activate W10. You have to buy a full W10 license.

The OEM Windows 10 license on your Acer Aspire R7-371T is not activating, even though the product key is visible. First, ensure that the correct Windows edition is installed.
