Acer Aspire E1-572G unable to detect dedicated graphics card

Hello.

I have an Acer Aspire E1-572G laptop which comes with a AMD Radeon R5 M240 GPU. For some reason, the laptop cannot detect the graphics card. I have tried a lot of different ideas and nothing has worked. I was wondering if this could be something that can be solved in the BIOS?

If it could be solved in the BIOS via the advanced settings (like I heard), how do I access it? I've tried every possible key combination to access the advanced options and nothing has worked so far. I have been searching for months on how to fix this and I will be very grateful if anyone can help a brother out.

This has nothing to do with bios. Open device manager expand display adapters and post screenshot

Hello. I apologize for the delay in replying. I kinda forgot that I asked this question because I was pretty busy.

Anyway, here is a screenshot of my display adapters:

Concerning the spacedesk graphics adapter, I was using my phone as a monitor.
