What is the exact Nitro model of your laptop (standard models are usually a AN515-xx-xxxx) as that would help to exactly show you where the problem are, but anyways, these Nitro model laptops when they don't charge its either their DC_IN plug port that is worn out and doesn't make contact with the adapter barrel plug, and you need to check that port out, and if that port is faulty/damaged, you need to change the DC_IN side port for a new one, make sure you get a technician to do this as you can't change a DC_IN port as you will cause more damage if you do it incorrectly and short out the laptops EC chip, so be careful as that is unfixable or very expensive to fix.

If its not the DC_IN port then its a mosat or a capacitor that has burned/shorted out in the main power rail (just after DC_IN port, see below) that need replacing by an experienced technician that has these parts and a microscope and proper micro soldering tools, as you can't do this job yourself.

The below caption is a mainboard and a DC_IN port from a Nitro AN515-56 laptop and at the circled area is where you need to start to analyze the shorted mosat or capacitors of the Nitro laptops power rail circuitries and check its path to find out where its circuits are shorted that need replacing for your laptop to charge its battery and power on. There are allot of videos on the web on this problem but the best and simplest fix is on this channel, so have a look at this excellent diagnostics and repair of an Acer Triton laptop here "Acer Predator Triton 300 not charging - DON'T REPLACE THE BATTERY! ". Good luck and hope this helps you out.
