I'm not sure why you would have this on an Acer maybe your Wi-fi card or another chipset?

I found this https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/driver-list/ Is your Phone a Huawei? maybe its software for your Phone

You should be fine without it your system seems to be close to 3 years old so windows should be monitoring your drivers via updates with relative safety. If something quits working that worked before roll the driver back to the previous version.

Rolling back a driver in Windows can help resolve issues caused by a recent update. Here’s how you can do it:

Open Device Manager. You can do this by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting Device Manager.
Locate the device whose driver you want to roll back. You can find the specific devices under the major hardware categories.
Right-click on the device’s name or icon and choose Properties.
In the device’s Properties window, go to the Driver tab.
Click on the Roll Back Driver button. If this button is disabled, it means Windows doesn’t have a previous driver to roll back to.
You’ll be asked to confirm the rollback and may need to select a reason for rolling back the driver.
After the rollback is complete, close the device properties screen.
You may need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
Please note that if the Roll Back Driver button is not available, you might need to uninstall the device, download an older version of the driver from the manufacturer’s support website, and follow their instructions to install the driver.
