Issues with Graphics while 2 displays are showing up in display settings in Predator Triton 300 SE

Hi everyone,

I have a Predator Triton 300 SE and i'm having an issue where full screen games like Red Dead Redemption 2, Elden Ring, and Dark Souls 3 have graphical distortion appearing as horizontal bars during gameplay. However this only occurs when the display settings shows 2 monitors (even though i only use the laptop screen by itself). Correcting this issue is annoying as i have to change the display settings every time i startup, and this feels like something that should be easily resolved.

I've updated all drivers, and set the Nvidia controller Display Mode to NVIDIA GPU only, but i can't seem to find a permanent solution that does not result in there being 2 displays showing up after startup. Any thoughts?

Was always this way?

Also, open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Please post screenshot of bottom part on next pane if possible.
