Keyboard not working The only part of the keyboard working is the mouse.

Perhaps I should have explained that the problem arose as I was trying to login to the computer. The only part of the keyboard working is the mouse. I suspect that the only solution is to try using an external keyboard.

    Hi @GlenWood47 please indicate the exact model of the computer and the version of Windows installed.
    Indeed, if the keyboard doesn't work, try an external USB keyboard.
    Once you access Windows with the external keyboard, also try the virtual keyboard, to do this run:
    OSK
