Left side of my Laptop Keyboard is only turning green and not blue on my Acer Predator Helios 300

Hey everyone, hope you all are having an epic day!

I'm having an issue with the two left-most sides of my Acer Predator Helios 300 keyboard. They aren't turning blue for some reason. The red and green color spectrums are working, but blue isn't working at all?

I tried the f9 / f10 restart method and nothing happened. I reset it back to default too. I'm not sure what's happening.

I hypothesize that maybe there is a loose wire, that I have been hitting the keyboard a little to hard on that side (doubt), or perhaps my system is running too hot (64 C).

I would really appreciate any suggestions or advice on this!

If you haven't done so already, go to this link and see if you can re-enable the blue LEDs with the PredatorSense app.
