Why is predator Sense on my PH16-71 so faulty? it won't control Mode, sometimes it can't control fan

This is a 2023 laptop, I just got it 15 days ago and it works really well, except for Predator sense, it keeps unhooking from the system, sometimes it won't control Mode, sometimes it can't control fan speed, or lighting. I have reinstalled it like 5 times now.

About lighting, I've found that the AcerLightingService keeps stopping on it's own. You can manually start it again so you can regain access temporarily on lighting control, but it keeps stopping for no reason. I even tried to change that service properties to restar automatically every time it's stopped, but that's no fix.

I really hoped Acer would do something about this, it's not a deal breaker, but it's just so annoying to have to this everytime.

Allow only Security updates Disable all other updates in Windows 11/10, only push updates after they are at least 6 months old so they have time for the bugs to be worked out. Windows updates drivers in the background and may have installed one that is breaking functionality. Use only Drivers Provided by Acer for at least the first 2 years or based off functionality if it breaks revert to the previously used driver. Check your Start up applications and make sure the Predator Sense is set to auto start on star up. Disable all other non-essential applications to avoid slow start times. If non of this works file a warranty claim with Acer.
