reboot and select proper device or inseret boot media

I bought a new computer on Jan 13, 2024 and this is the second time this message appeared. Anyone know what this means.?

    The "Reboot and select proper device" error means your PC can't find a bootable OS. Check BIOS/UEFI boot order to ensure your primary drive is first.
