SO everything was working fine, up until yesterday, I tried to load up a game and tried to switch my mode from the balanced to performance/ turbo , the button didn't change colours and neither did the keys , it showed mode switched but it wasn't working , I opened the predator sense application , and it was frozen , there was no robo nothing , and it showed balanced and eco only , and showed on battery , when the laptop was already charging and above 90 percentage , then I tried to check CPU and GPU it showed no activity when they were working , then I went in to change my fan speed and keyboard lighting , it was blank and wasn't even working or switching , everything is highly bugged and frozen , then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the official site and it didn't fix the issue . I tried downloading old version and updated it to new , it was still the same , just frozen and bugged .. I uninstalled, I closed the process , I did all I could to fix , it just didn't work , now m so frustrated and I don't know what to do , please someone tell Acer to make a new and better application for managing this or just give me a fix , cause I'm on the edge right now and I need help !
