So my laptop had this problem where it wouldn't wake up from sleep when I would press or hold down the power button. I'm not sure eactly what state it would be in, wether it would shut down, hibernate or e.t.c. All I know is that the blue light on the side would blink. I would have to either plug in the chrger or reset the battery using the pin on the bottom .A nyways I can't remember if I was the one to fix it or if the problem was fixed when I sent the laptops in for repair to acer for a somewhat related reason and they updated the bios. Recently I decided to update to the the lastest bios and the problem's back, and honestly it's just really annoying. I regret doing it but I just wanted to be up to date with all my drivers and BIOS.

To add on to this I'm pretty sure this only happen in hibernation mode since if I wake up the computer between short time intervals it wakes up just fine, but after extended periods of time it faces this issue and its been set to hibernate after 180 minutes under power settings. I should also add that the keybaord or mouse doesnt wake it up either. Like I mentioned I've sent the laptop in for repair to acer before and they were able to fix the issue.
