I can't use my headphone Microphone IEM (QKZ AK6 Pro with Mic) in Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57

I recently bought a IEM (QKZ AK6 Pro with Mic) for my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 and I can't use the microphone of my IEM. 

My IEM are working fine with as output device (its only that my Mic is not being registered by the laptop anywhere).

My IEM work perfectly with my android device.

I am required to use the in-built microphone on my laptop but I want to use my IEM mic.

Plug in your headset.

The computer will ask you "which device did you plug in", select "headset".

That's it.

Lightly tap your headset mic, your "mic array" signal meter will jump thus verifying that you are using your IEM mic.

sometimes it is working and somtimes it is not

but thank you for the method I can finally (atleast sometimes) use my IEM mic now
