    Hi Rudy,

We need to know the full model number of your laptop, not the SNID but something like Aspire5 A415-54 and in what year you bought the unit and have you replaced the battery recently.

Some models have a USB port that is always on, even when the laptop is shut down. If you have something connected to that is will drain the battery even when the laptop is not in use.

    Hello.
I don't have anything connected to USB, but when I turn off the Swift 1 SF114-32-P0SX laptop completely, the battery still drains by 2-3% per day. After a month, even if I don't turn on the laptop, it gets completely dirty.
I turn it off via the Start menu - "turn it off".

The USB port adjacent to the USB-C port on the left side is the one that provides power when the laptop if turned off. If you have something like a mouse dongle or flash drive plugged into that port, it will gradually deplete the battery.
