I need some guidance and suggestions. I bought a Swift 5 in June of 23. In December of 23, six months after purchased the hard drive crashed. I contacted Customer Service where they started a case and mailed me a shipping label to return the computer. Tracking shows they received the computer on 1/03/24 and shipped it back to me on 1/10/24. I received a box on 1/13. Trouble is that my computer was not in there. Inside was a student notebook from a school system in TX. My paperwork was included. I called customer service, told them the issue and given a new case number and told to expect a label to return the wrong computer. After several days of not receiving and label I called back to learn that a label had not been sent. This rep sent me a label and the computer was returned. Tracking shows it was received on 1/21. No one can tell me where my computer is. I am told there is not a supervisor to speak to. I am at a loss. It's bad enough that an expensive laptop's hard drive crashes in 6 months but now they have lost my computer and will not assist me. Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Lisa P

Unfortunately these forums are for Acer users and aren't any sort of connection to Acer Support.

I realize that. I just wondered if any Acer user had any kind of dealings with support and could give any suggestions.
