First take the RTC/bios battery out and short the + & - pins, as this resets the super IO and bios chips if they are frozen, if that doesn't work then do a Clear CMOS. There is also a Clearing CMOS for the Predator Orion PO3-650 from its SG so try that also, which allot of times makes a frozen PC work. Otherwise, and if your 3-month-old Predator Orion 650 doesn't work, then take it to Acer support in your country and don't open it as it could void your warranty. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

    PO3-650 mainboard, RTC/BIOS battery is at #27

    Clear CMOS

Send your desktop to Acer support and get them to fix your desktop.

Is it a Predator Orion 3000, 5000 or 7000? You can test the power supply to verify it's working, but since you are under warranty you are likely better to just let Acer deal with it for you.
