Acer Swift 5 Why there are bubbles in back panel of my laptop

Bubbles are forming on my laptop. I have replaced the back panel once. But with the new panel also I started facing the issue again

It's the coating that reacts with moisture and heat, especially in the tropics if you have the laptop on your bare legs. I have a 2023 Asus Vivobook, made of "militairy grade" materials and the metallic coating on the bottom cover edges started to peel so I keep a towel under the laptop (live in the Philippines). Swift SFX14 is completely made of metal and that should fix this coating issue.

That is a common fault with the plastic materials that Acer used on some of their laptops and its been happening for ages to different models, there is nothing that can be done, you just have to put up with it as even the oem bottom cases do that, as you have found out. Buy a copy bottom case from AliExpress and see if the copy case does it also.
