Monitor tilt Nitro ED273UPbmiipx, should be able to tilt (Tilt-5° – 20°) but am not able to do it

Hello, i have purchased Acer Gaming monitor Nitro ED273UPbmiipx. I assembled it and its suppose to have an adjustable tilt (Tilt-5° – 20°). After having it stand i cannot seem to tilt the screen at all.. I want ti to be put a bit downward, but the screen doesnt move. And additionally if i wanna tilt it up it feels like its gonna fall off the stand.. Second is the picture of how i want it to stand and how it was displayed in the shop photo. First one is the way it stands now which i cannot customise at all..
