I can't seem to enable TPM 2.0 on my bios config. It just keeps getting back to 'disabled'.
I have already updated my BIOS firmware to its latest, but issue still persists.
Model: Extensa EX215-53G
I've done a couple of research about the support with TPM 2.0 on my model, and somehow, its listed as "supported". I just couldn't figure out the issue of enabling TPM on this one.
Secure Boot is already enabled by default. I've tried different troubleshoots like disabling and enabling secure boot and turning back BIOS to default settings. Nothing seems to work for me. Security devices isn't also showing on my device manager.

Your BIOS looks very different than what I see in the service guide:

How are you getting to that screen?
