Hello,

i got a new CB342CU for Christmas. The display seems to work ok but the RJ-45 jack will not pull an IP address and it does not provide internet connectivity to a connected device through USB-C. The display is connected to a network that is providing DHCP. Is there a firmware update that needs to be applied or is the device broken?

I'm not finding much info on those yet and they don't seem to mention it in the user manual. Let me escalate to see if there's something available. I assume it's one of the CB342CU models and not a CB342CUR?
