Hello. I just installed a new Windows 11 on my Acer computer. I downloaded and installed the drivers from the official site. Although the internet speed at home is 1bgps, the speedtest result is 100mb/ps. When I measure with another device right next to my computer, I get a result of 600mps. So there seems to be a problem with my computer's wifi speed.

When I look in Device Manager, my computer is using Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222 model wifi adapter.

I also changed the Preferred Brand option to 5.2ghz in the advanced driver settings, restarted the computer and tested it, same result.

I don't know what else to do, there are 5 other Wireless LAN drivers on the driver download page but I'm not sure what they are and if I need to install them. Please help me.

My computer model is Aspire V 17 Nitro 791-G and I downloaded the drivers from here: https://www.acer.com/tr-tr/support/product-support/VN7-791G/downloads?suggest=791;5

The driver I downloaded: Wireless LAN NFA222 Liteon Atheros 2015/08/28 10.0.0.318

100 Mbps download speed is great for 5GHz Wi-Fi if the latency (Ping) is also <10ms. Internet bandwidth can vary a lot during the day when traffic increases packets start to drop and latency increases dramatically that you will notice as hanging apps or stutter, nothing to do with the network adapter or router. The more you tweak your network settings the worse this situation can get ("chasing ghosts").

100mbps is a good speed but if a different laptop is getting close to 1gbps right next to it, I think there is a problem. Am I right? I want to solve this problem.

My main goal was to have a good connection for Geforce Now. The connection is really good but my computer is not getting even a quarter of the connection speed.
