Is this a USB-C charger? There is a pinhole in the back of the Swift, insert a pin till you feel it click keep it pressed down for a few seconds and try to boot. If still under warranty I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country.

The N20C12 number doesn't really tell us which actual model you have, they apparently reuse those number of different model series. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx. No charging indication sounds like a non-working charger, but could be something else. A fully dead battery will give you those symptoms.
