Acer Aspire A715-72G Memory speed I tried to look for an XMP profile in bios

Hi Acer, recently I bought a new RAM for my laptop and its stock speed is supposed to be 3200 mhz, but in task manager it shows only 2667 mhz. I tried to look for an XMP profile in bios, but since it's old there was't advanced options at all. I also looked for a bios update but the motherboard is probably from China or something like that because I couldn't find the website of the manufacturer and there wasn't even a single article or question about it. It is called Charmeleon CFS by the way, and my laptop model is Acer Aspire A715-72G. I hope you will help me with this, because I want to use the full potential of my memory to get better performance.

The A715-72G laptop does NOT work with XMP ram or has an Advanced setting in bios for overclocked or XMP ram, this laptop ONLY operates with a max speed ram of DDR4-2666MHz as its 8th Gen i5 or i7 cpu specs specify Memory Types: DDR4-2666, LPDDR3-2133, that is why when you put a module of DDR4-3200MHz type ram into this laptop ram slot, it downclocks the speed to 2666MHz speed.

Also, YOU DON"T LOOK FOR A BIOS UPDATE at the mainboards manufacturers site, you get the bios from Acer A715-72G Drivers & Manuals website and there you have the last bios update for the A715-72G which is the Version 1.26 - dated: 2019/05/14 - title: Fix F9 load default then save & shutdown will power on issue", also you update the Firmware - Version: 04C - dated: 2019/01/04 - title: Intel 760P SSD Firmware update.

If the mainboard has been changed and its a copy from China and an AliExpress copy special mainboard 😁 then it WILL NOT fit into the A715-72G case, what you are saying is just not correct and does not happen. If you have the Acer recommended ram fitted to your laptop. Below is a list of Acer tested Memory with the Aspire A715-72G laptop from its SG.
