Acer Nitro 5 (an515-57) question about cooler very noisy, especially at low speed

Greetings. I have a porblem, the right cooler in my laptop has become very noisy, especially at low speed

The laptop is less than a year old, so theoretically it should be on the guarantee, but I was told in service center that in my country a new cooler will take a very long time to arrive, so it's hard for me to give away my only working laptop for a month or more
I think this happened cause this cooler became slower and harder to turn, as when I opened the cover to clean it, if I rotate it with my hand it seems to be as unlubricated

Is there any way to check this and maybe fix it without removing the guarantee "seal"? In order not to lose the guarantee, since in my only service center that work with guarantee they said they would only change it, and they can't clean it or something, although they didn't even feel like checking it fully on the spot

And also, how may I check the list of all coolers that would be suitable for replacement? The markings on the bad-working one: DC28000X0D0 TIA8 0A 26N 000 0866
As I understood it, not all the options for components will suit me, even if they are made for my laptop models

Thank you for your time! And for possible response!

Don't change the fan yourself as your warranty will be voided by Acer and its not worth it! These fans are not hard to change but if your laptop develops any faults that will need a major part change or at worst a new mainboard, as the Nitro AN515-57 is known to blow gpu's and then you will be up for BIG $$$'s so be aware of that!

    A Nitro AN515-57 mainboard with the i5- RTX3050 4GB DDR6 Acer Part #: NB.QET11.002 is USD $1,571.34 and the same i7-11800H/RTX3050 4GB DDR6 board is USD $2,271.01, SO DON'T TAKE THE RISK!

Here are the Fans for the AN515-57 - DON'T CHANGE THE FAN YOURSELF😀 YOU ARE WARNED!

I was deceived in the service center, unfortunately, I went to the service center that is listed in Contact Acer, and they broke the seals and refused to fix it, although everything was intact before, now it is no longer under guarantee, and I am unfortunately not the person who will sue or something over this

I'd like to add that it was a huge mistake to go to the service center, as now the cooler doesn't work at all and now I have to fix it myself

They not only ruined my guarantee license by removing and cutting all seals, but also completely killed the cooler itself with a rejection to fix it
I have no idea how they became Acer's official partner in this area
