For some reason, the serial number and SNID have been altered in the config file of my machine. Does anyone know which file it is so I can edit the file? Or if there is some function call I can make to reinitialize this file?

Ignore ACC or even better uninstall as the program does not work well in Windows11, you can always reinstall ACC, best from the Microsoft Store, later if you want to restore Acer settings and OEM windows. Boot to BIOS with F2 and the correct SNID will be shown at the top of the Main or Info screen.

Those numbers are part of the BIOS. If they are also showing as incorrect in the BIOS it will take a trip to a service center to be fixed. Usually you only see that when the motherboard has been replaced outside the Acer service process.
