Alt gr + B not working, tried keyboard reset and testing onscreen keyboard but to no avail

All of my keyboard keys are working perfectly fine, but when I press Alt Gr + B it doesn't seem to return the "{" symbol. All the other keys return the specified symbol, but only B refuses to do so. I tried resetting the keyboard and testing on the onscreen keyboard but to no avail. What should I do? Is this a hardware issue?

    (1) What is keyboard's language layout?

    (2)What happens when you press & hold 'AltGr', then briefly touch 'Ctrl-right', then press & hold 'B'?
