Hey my acer aspire 7 laptop keeps on crashing while trying to play games!

I own the amd ryzen 5500U and gtx 1650.Idk what the issue is but this is really frustrating. I've tried updating the drivers using DDU, TRIED EVERY POSSIBLE THING OUT THERE. Changed the thermal paste as well, cleaned the laptop but to no avail!

I installed msi afterburner to check on th stats I observed that the clock frequency of the gpu was hitting upwards of 1700mhz which is over limit given the boost freq is 1515mhz I tried undervolting and it did solve the problem for sometime but same is happening now! Is the chip faulty? If yes what should I do? Can we replace the chip or replace the whole motherboard?

Have you tried rolling back the driver to an older one used before the issue occurred?

Try Turning off GPU Boost in the Nvidia Settings.
