pls help!! I rec a KA222QH Acer monitor for Xmas to watch Netflix thru my phone on. The connection is thru HDMI and the picture connects perfectly, but there is no sound! There is not even an audio option in my monitor settings. Acer adv to download an updated driver, which I tried to do off the Acer website, by connecting my laptop to the monitor, but nothing has changed, even thou it said it was installed. Acer won’t answer their phones for tech help and this is driving me insane!! Pls offer any suggestions of how to get an audio option on my monitor so I can get sound??? Thank u.
