It may be driver related or running out of memory, check in Task Manager your RAM availability when you play games that crash, upgrade RAM when that is very low Open Event viewer and check the critical errors after a BSOD see if there is any mention of a driver or application other than "unexpected shutdown". Open Reliability history Problem Reports what the Kernel state was during BSODs. If you get an indication of Video driver, Nvidia or Intel Igc issues you should try to run in Safe mode for a while to see if you crash when playing some offline games, or disable the GPU drivers in MSconfig.exe (Safe Boot with Base Video). If no BSOD you have to uninstall your display drivers in Safe Mode with DDU, make sure internet is working and just reboot: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
