After couple hours of usage the Acer PH 315 -55 lagging.Everything freezes for 10 seconds.

I have a Acer Predator 2022 , bought it around 13 months ago. I haven't had this problem until a few weeks ago. After I turn on my laptop, around a couple hours later my laptop starts lagging. The kind of lag is not like fps drops but like everything freezes for a moment every 10 seconds, even the mouse cursor. It does not matter even if I close all the apps at the background. When that lagging starts, it does not go away unless I restart my laptop. My specs are really high, RTX 3060 , 16 GB RAM, I7 12th gen 512 SSD and all my drivers are updated. There has to be an issue and I want to fix it. I am using Windows 11. Any help

@sulav did u update any drivers ? if so it could be drivers mainly the intel graphics drivers. I have the same laptop what version of intel version are u using now ?
